This shoe is comfortable with a classic
style. However, the 9 N size was slightly wider than I
usually wear. A thin Odor Eater cushion corrected that
problem for me. I only buy office shoes every 7-8 years or
so. My last pair were not them, but I am glad I switched
back. These are the familiar comfort that I remember from my
last pair of them. I love them!
My husband has to be in a wedding. These were the only
decent, conservative, WIDE men's shoes I could find that
would fit him. So he is happy with them. He hasn't worn them
yet, only tried them on. But so far he says they feel great.
I purchased the Rockport Margin because I was in need of a
comfortable dress shoe. I have to wear orthodics and my feet
are two different sizes and I'm not an 'easy fit.' I've only
had the shoes for a few weeks now, but they are one of the
most comfortable pairs I've had in a long time.
I chose this model because I've had good luck in the past
using my orthotics in Asics, and I thought the steel shank
would help with the support against pronation (ankles
bending in) that I needed. However, the shoe didn't provide
support in that respect. It was nice looking, and
comfortable in other respects.
